Hey you guys I'm attempting to to build a gaming pc on a budget. I have a budget of about $400 but luckily I do have a previous pc to work off of. When I say gaming pc I don't mean a pc that can max out all the games out there(that quite obviously isn't happening on my budget). I just want a pc that can run some of the newer games (dragon age 3, beyond earth, farcry 4) on atleast low settings. I currently have this pc to work off of ThinkCentre M58 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883108660). I already have all the periphials taken care of. I will not need an os.
what I have
1.case
2. optical drive
3. ram
4. I currently have an intel pentium processor (http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Pentium-Dual-Core-Processor-3-06GHz/dp/B0034MJH78/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1412450386&sr=8-3&keywords=intel+e6600) I'm not sure if it is a strong enough processor so this may or may not need to be replaced
5. hard drive
what I will need
1. graphics card
2. new motherboard(i have no idea what is compatible with my current motherboard so I'm not sure if it can be salvaged, its this guy http://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Ibm-lenovo-Thinkcentre-6302000-Motherboard/dp/B004577C50)
3. my power supply(the current one is rated at 280 so I will probably need a new one)
