I am trying to connect my Sharp LC-60E69U tv to my Xfinity Box using an HDMI cable. I do not have a manual for the TV. Cable is in HDMI Input 1 on set and goes to HDMI slot on box, TV is set to HDMI 1, but all I keep getting on screen is No Signal. I have returned box and gotten a 2nd box from Xfinity, same thing. Are there more settings for either the cable box or in Sharp setup to make this work? Comcast over the phone keeps telling me the box or the cables must be bad & I'm on the verge of calling them to come out which I don't want to do as I have a feeling there's something additional to be set with the tv. Previously this tv worked perfectly fine with a coax connection. Any suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated.
