Hey guys, I accidentally scratched the motherboard's back with a case' standoff. The motherboard is a GIgabyte G1 Sniper M5 and works fine, but there is some copper exposed due from the scratch.

Should I use some product to cover the little scratch and protect it from humidity and oxidation?

What do you recommend me?

I would just place a small drop of clear fingernail polish on it and let it dry before powering it back up.

Interesting alternative. Would be safe with normal to high working temperatures?

Yes, once it is dry. I've used it dozens of times on much hotter surfaces than a motherboard.
