Good PSU for this system

Just as the title says, I need a good PSU, for not a lot of money. Keep in mind that my fan controller has 30W/Channel, and I have 3 extra fans, so add 90 to the estimated wattage. Also, the PSU needs to be either Semi, or Fully Modular. Thanks.

No it doesn't , XFX has more wattage and more PCIE connections , a higher quality built supply.
