Sometimes during games I notice that its running along smoothly then all of a sudden I get a huge FPS drop and a split second freeze in the game. It seems to happen when one of my CPU cores reaches 100% and then windows unlocks another or all 8 cores. It isn't that big of a deal but I was wondering if there is something I can do to keep that from happening.
