Nothing much you can do unless you are qualified to take the back off the TV and solder on a new connection. Do NOT do that unless you know what you are doing, the chage in many TVs is powerfull enough to cause a lot of damage to anyone that touches the wrong thing.

I have 3 options depending on your TV. If it is an old tube TV with RCA hookups you could get a VCR and use that as your tuner or get a Digital setup box. If your TV is a flat panel then you could still go with both options.
