I have a question that may get some opinionated answers, but I just want to ask. I have the Corsair 500r, and if you don't know, it has Cable Management holes. I am building a brand new PC around my 500r, and my Sapphire r9 270x GPU, and I need a PSU. Personally, I like the way Fully Modular PSU's look, and work. I just like them overall. Problem is, they tend to be more expensive. With the Cable Management on my case, would buying a Fully or Semi Modular PSU be useless? Thanks.

No. Without modular cables, you end up with a bunch left over that you have to hide away in your case.

You could route the unused cables out of sight in the 500r, but they would still be visible between the PSU
and the holes you would stick them into. I think the best option is a semi-mod (aka hybrid). A full mod
isn't necessary, except in a multi PSU setup. Yes, it is a little more expensive, but you'll be happier in the
long run going semi-mod.
