I already have a pc build that I now want to add a cache drive to my drive with all my programs on it. I have looked for videos and everyone seems to be doing it with a fresh install of windows. I would prefer not to do that.

More about : create cache drive windows install

Why a cache drive? That is only marginally faster than a full on SSD of reasonable size, and not a lot cheaper.

What do you have and what are you thinking of buying?

A cache drive because I was able to get an msata 32gb ssd for $37 and I have a 3tb mechanical drive already which is not available in that size in ssd and would be outrageously more expensive than the mechanical one was.
