I am planning to build a pc maybe through cyberpower configurator or ibuypower? I would want something with specs that can run league with high fps and have good enough settings to stream twitch without lag and good quality. Can anyone list certain specs i would need. Budget is around $500-1000

i5 4th gen
R9 290x
A Gaming mobo
16 gb ram
2Tb Cavier black +m Samsung 250gb SSd
650W power Suply
Aftemarket Cooling fan
A Proper Case

http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Special-C this is it.Just lower some quality in case and you can have a beast in 1000$.This is pure premium and pure overkill but if you want to game, record and twitch at the same time and get 60fps steady than this is the most secure option

4690K and a good MoBo should run you $350ish
Quality PSU and case about $175
GTX 970 makes the most sense for your budget @ $350
I'd go with a 1 TB SSD for $80
2133 2 x 4 Gb should run about $80

buy a proper mobo, branded ram and and branded power supply. And by branded i mean some real brand.
Also as suggested above GTX 970 is good choice and it also takes less power.

If your budget suffices 1tb SSD is very very great. But if you want to record and stream games you need more space hence i advice you to use HDD for storage and SSD for Bootdrive and one main game(that you will play most) as you will need 2TB space to store recordings alongside your usual stuff.

More ram is needed too for multiple operations.8 gb is great and more than enough for gaming but again for streaming you would be on edge so better get 12 gb ram atleast.

Do you only play League of Legends? If so a 970 is WAY overkill.
