Would a 700w power supply be good for this computer?

Hello I was wondering if a 700 watt power supply would be sufficient for these parts?

r9 290x gpu
i5 3570k cpu
12gb ram
2tb hard drive
120gb ssd

Yes as long as the quality is decent.

You should have 8 gb of ram or 16 gb , why 12.

oh wow i didn't expect to get so many responses so quickly. also my apologies for the bad wording on my first post.

I actually bought my computer 2 years ago and I'm now getting a new gpu so thats why im wondering if 700w is enough for it. Anyways the power supply is: "Azza Alpha 700w PSAZ-700C12" is that a good brand?

No that's a very poor brand.

Seasonic , XFX , EVGA are good brands.

It looks like the 750W is tier 2B. I'm guessing that one is a little further down the list.
