I can't realy find the anwsers on the internet but maybe i can find here.
I love AMD FX6350 cheap gaming CPU but sometimes my CPU doesen't works on 100 or 80% atleast and not all cores are working on games like Men Of War Assault Squad. I know they ask Intel core for good fps but is there any way to boost CPU without overclocking it? I saw some internet trick that can enable some cores or speed up but it said for windows. My windows is already fast but for gaming... i can't tell realy. As far as i know there is one trick is by going into msconfig and select boot options and then select number of cores i don't wanna risk it. For now it's just set to 1. And another one trick is by going into power options and select minimum CPU work and select maximum CPU work. For now it's minimum is 5% and max is 100%

Solution
No. They only way you can boost it is by overclocking it. For that, you'll need a custom cooler eg Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO ($30 Newegg).

If you have a 990fx mobo, you can get a fx8350 for it.

Overclock... I don't see why you are not doing it.

Otherwise you can turn off some startup programs in msconfig. But that won't do much.

Also what gpu do you have? usually upgrading that would increase the most performance in gaming.

I don't have good cooler it came up with my CPU it's default it's running on 56celcius 65c by doing nothing and if i when i play something then my CPU heats up to 70 80celcius. My GPU is GTX650 and sometimes i get bad framerates on games such as Men Of War Assault Squad. Especially when i turn on water shading. On World Of Tanks and on Men Of War it easy 30 20 FPS when i turn on water shading.

Wen youre cpu gets to hot it will bad fps in gaming by the way you can easly get to 4,5 ghz. With youre cooler now with easy bios settings to get soms boost out of it and its only small oc because turbo core is 4,2 ghz
