R9 280X Cards,enough for next-gen games?

I intend to buy an R9 280X 3GB graphics card,and i wonder if it will be enough for upcoming titles like GTAV,Witcher 3 Wild Hunt,AC Unity,COD AW etc.Asking for High or Ultra settings ofc. ;)

CPU:FX-6300
RAM:Vengeance 8GB 4x2 1333mhz

The GTX 970 is a way better GPU for the cost. My old GPU used to struggle to maintain 60 fps on NFS The Run on ultra, but the GTX 970 handles that game like it's nothing. Also I keep a 60 fps performance level on Battlefield 4 ultra + 4x MSAA with it. The GTX 970 is a fantastic performer.

GTX 970 in my country,comes at 600 euros at least.I can't afford that even with 1 year of savings.If someone can find an 970 within 300 euros reach,plz post it here so i can have a look,cause the prices here are yoo high.
