Windows Media Player to Samsung Kies Transfer issue

I'm running a laptop with windows 8 and currently updated my music library with some new albums. After getting all the correct album info in windows media player I added my music back to kies. For some reason the album covers and some info isn't transferring to kies. I know this is a really stupid issue but any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I had issue with Windows Media Player and the album art/info with the music. I used the free version of Media Monkey to update everything (it did pull the info from Windows Media Player correctly) - it also will synch to my Samsung S4. Kies did recognize everything after working with Media Monkey.
