Motherboard: Intel DH61WW
Ram: 4gb
PSU: Corsair VS550
GPU: Will buy Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 4 GB DDR5 Graphics Card
OR Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 With Boost 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
OR MSI AMD/ATI R9 270X GAMING 2G 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

I am not willing to upgrade my motherboard but will upgrade the ram if required.
Which of these graphics card will work or not work properly with the above specifications.

Solution
The motherboard and ram will function with the cards. Before you do purchase a card (any one of them would be great), make sure that your CPU won't be a bottleneck either. Your power supply should be able to supply the cards with adequate power.

there shouldn't be any performance reduction unless your motherboard doesn't have a 3.0 PCI-E slot. if your mobo have a 2.0 you will get some performance reduction

The case page doesn't provide a description of the compatible length that video cards will be able to use. I would assume at least 300mm from the pictures and the dimensions so the R9 270x cards from Sapphire and MSI will fit as they are both about 260mm. The 7950 on the other hand looks a bit bigger, although I think it will fit as a similar card is only 270mm in length. If they somehow do not fit, you could always relocate the HDD so you have extra clearance. Does that help?
