new or refurb nexus 7 w/ warranties

Hello all, my 2013 nexus was stolen crying! I had device manager, android lost and cm security. All useless! I found some new and refurb 2013 nexus 7 2nd gen w/ warranties on ebay. Refurb is as low as $99. New as low as $147. Whats the best move guys?

Depends on the person, personally, I'd take the $50 hit and buy new, I know what I'm getting, and don't like taking a chance. But you can certainly try the refurb, either way they both have warranties.
