Getting 12 FPS on BF4? (Post Sept 30 Patch)

So, I Just Updated Bf4 And Now I'm Getting 13-15 fps When Before I got 40+ fps. Help?

My specs:
CPU: i5 4670k OC @ 4.0 GHz
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
GPU:EVGA GeForce GTX 770 SC 2GB GDDR5 with ACX Cooler
Mobo: MSI z87 - g41 PC Mate
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB
PSU: Ultra Professional HS Hybrid Series 650 Watt PSU
Ram: 16gb Crucial Ballistix Sport 4x4 gb DDR3 1600MHz
Case: Corsair 400R

It's a bug in the patch. Should be fixed in a few days. Try putting everything on lowest settings possible and see if you can get a playable experience.
