I turned on my PC this morning and everything worked fine but I wanted to change the fan profiles from my bios so I had to restart. It never successfully restarted though, my monitor went into standby with no video connection and that was that. I have tried almost everything I can think of, it isn't the video card and it isn't the hdmi cable, I even tried vga. And yes, I have removed the card and tried the motherboard ports for video. I have reseated the RAM and nothing.

I didn't have a motherboard speaker to hear the post codes so I plugged one in and after like 15 seconds or so after I turned on the PC, I got 6 short beeps with a pause and then the beeps again. The beeps keep going and don't stop.

I cleared the CMOS and removed the battery and still nothing.

I honestly have no clue what it could be, I'm baffled at how after the PC worked a restart would start these problems.

I checked to see about the 6 beep code and it says it's a keyboard problem? What? I troubleshooted that as well and nothing.

What I haven't done yet is removed the CPU and removed all the connectors from the motherboard, so I'm going to do that in a bit.

I could really use some help please.
