I was seeking help to build a desktop computer. I am an engineering student and will need it for Solid works, Cad, Matlab. etc... so basically i need to be able to do 3d rendering. I do have a under under $500 budget. I do not need to play any games whatsover. just purely for school work. I just need the bare essentials that can run all the 3d software.
system rq for autocad: AMD Athlon 64 with SSE2 technology, AMD Opteron™ with SSE2 technology, Intel® Xeon® with Intel EM64T support with SSE2 technology, Intel Pentium 4 with Intel EM64T support with SSE2 technology

SolidWorks:Hardware RAM: 8GB or more recommended Disk Space:5 GB or more, Processor: Intel or AMD with SSE2 support. 64-bit operating system recommended Install Media: DVD Drive or Broadband Internet Connection

Matlab: Any Intel or AMD x86 processor supporting SSE2 instruction set*
Thanx, recommendation for parts are greatly appreciated. (moniter/keyboard i get cheap from work)will probably put windows 7 on it.
