PC Spec
Intel i3 3220
Asus P8B75M LX Motherboard
Corsair 2 x 4 GB 1600 MHZ RAM
Zotac NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB Graphics card
WD 1 TB Hardisk
Corsair GS600 PSU
SamsungDVD Writer
Antec X1-T cabinet

PSU fan use to rotate while I play Battlefield 4, Grid2 etc..
But nowadays fan rotates only when I switch on my PC. None of these games even with max settings (Battlefield4, COD:Ghosts, Grid2, Crysis3) makes PSU fan to rotate, but the system performance everything looks fine as before while playing games.
May I know is this because of any issues related with PSU ??
Or
Recently updated graphics card drives are so efficient to run these games perfectly with less power consumption? Lol..

Please help..

Dont worry, your psu fan will only turn on when it reaches a certain load. So your psu is perfectly fine, so no worry :D

Hi,
Thanks for the response.

Before the fan use to rotate while i play Battlefield 4 with Medium settings.

Now the fan is not rotating even if i try Medium or max setting of Battlefield 4.

May i know how this change occurred?

If it's not spinning under a good load , you should replace it.

You could test it by putting a large artificial load on your system. I wouldn't trust it if it has stopped because it is possible that something has gone wrong, i agree with sr-71; if its not spinning up under the load it was before replace it.
