Sticking W key - internally

Hi, greatly need some help if any of you know how to fix this.
When playing online games which require the standard WASD format, when holding down the W key for 10-15 seconds and longer, and releasing, the key will continue to go for a good 3-10 seconds.
I've taken the key off fully and completely cleaned it out, and still no difference.
This happens even in this text box, when holding down the W key, then letting go, it will stick.
I found that one of it's factors is pressure. When I barely put any weight onto the key, the stick is only for about 1-3 seconds. I'm almost positive its just worn out internally and I need a new keyboard, but I don't really want to buy a new one. Does anyone know if theres any workaround to this? Thanks alot.

I think you might need a new keyboard, you have two options. You can either buy a cheap board or you could not use wasd, there are other key combinations that you could use. If you have cleaned it properly and its not fixed it its probably worn out
