I have some questions:

Are these all compatible?
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/K9WVf7

What in the cart should I make
Better? (Upgrade)

How many FPS would I get on minecraft high settings?

Fps on battlefield 4 ultra?

Does the motherboard contain the USB to plugin like a phone charger or something?

How do i make it a wireless pc not just wired?

How do i build it?

Anything else i should add like bluetooth or anything? (I want it to be like a prebuild pc with like wifi, usb, and stuff)

Will it work like any other pc?

What will i need to build it (screwdrivers) or anything??

SORRY FOR ALL THE QUESTIONS FIRSt TIME BUILDING!! :D  ALSO ANY VIDEOS THAT ARE KINDA LIKE THIS??? HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE ME?

More about : build

Everything is compatible but you need to change a few things -

That motherboard is not a good choice for that CPU, Go for a Gigabyte 970A-UD3P.

Power supply is corsair entry level and not sufficient enough power for your rig, go for an Antec HCG 620M

everything else is good.

BF4 ultra - 60++ with ease @ 1920x1080 (60FPS+ listed as 60Hz monitors won't take advantage of higher, but that card will achieve higher)

Minecraft High -in the hundreds with ease.

That motherboard has back USB's, so does the Gigabyte I suggested.

Wireless will be expensive, you need a wireless keyboard (not expensive)/mouse (not expensive)/Bluetooth sound adapter (reasonable price) /Wireless HDMI receiver+sender (expensive). That is not worth it at all.

When it comes to the time of building, you can PM me and link up photo's step by step, I can tell you what goes where. Building it this way could take up to 2.5 hours.

It will work like any other PC, as it is a PC.

Screwdriver is all you need.

I like rockie's build better. has a better case. for yours, i like arctic silver 5 paste, drop one fan, get a different case and psu. Your case might not come with the screws you need or they will be low quality. Rockie's psu is fine, but shoot for xfx, antec, or seasonic.

A Core i3-4130 would be better for gaming, little cheaper than the FX-8320 too.

A ECS H87H3-M3 or a ASRock B85M motherboard would be fine for your build and cost the same as the AMD motherboard.

This gives you an 1150 socket which allows for an upgrade to an i5 or i7 down the road. The AMD socket is a dead end.

RAM is a little expensive. I would keep looking. 8GB should be about $70

Skip the case fans. $30 is a lot of budget to waste. If you find down the road that you need more cooling you can add them later. Spend the money you save on a better case or PSU. The corsair isn't bad, but larger wouldn't hurt if you have the budget for it.

i3 - not anymore. Heavy threads are putting it for low end gaming.

you want 16GB to suffice the future, not just the present.

It is, however with the rigs listed it's not worth just buying 8.

Depending on the uses, not always. Gaming ultra BF4 (1080p/ultra HD) ram usage with 16GB gets above 50%. Quad Trident's 4x4GB @ 1600Mhz.

You can upgrade to haswell refresh later which is 5th gen LGA 1150 CPU's, as well as 4th gen i7's of LGA 1150 nature.

The intel build is more expensive but more powerful, you could probably make the intel build cheaper by getting a cheaper motherboard, but if your budget permits, think about going the intel route. The AMD is good if your budget only let's you go up to the $900 mark, and the multi-cores will be handy as well for BF4.

Looking past all the builds: AMD has good upfront performance, but is pretty much a dead end. With intel, you can upgrade even past what you need or will be using it for. I think if you are getting 970, go intel.

My new build

Are these compatible??
There is like an error or it says something that says its not in the bottom "The G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum."

Also will this PC have a HDMI/Ethernet/USB connections??

Should I make any changes?
Budget $1,300

I would go with 1866mhz ram instead to resolve that issue, the difference in speed isn't noticeable while gaming.

I tweaked the build a bit, and I got you a black/red colour scheme for the Case, gpu and RAM so enjoy the awesome colours. Even the motherboard has a bit of a colour scheme.

^ looks good expect that PSU. Despite being GOLD certified, the EVGA G1 units are not very good quality. Change it back to an XFX, Antec, Seasonic.

Wouldn't that be pretty tight? I'd prefer to use a 650W or 750W power supply manufactured by Seasonic or XFX.

October 5, 2014 2:42:28 PM

Nope, 500-600w is more than enough for a 970. It can only pull 164w under MAX 100% load.

An overclocked i5 build with a 970 will use between 300-350w under FULL gaming load.

So should I just change the PSU and I'm good to go?
Also
Does the pc have USB/Ethernet/HDMI connections??
does it come with ALL of the cables to turn it on and stuff?
And will i be able to use it excessively?

YEs the motherboard has all those connections and it will come with sATA cables. The PSU has all the other cables.

Yes, change the PSU and you are good to go.

What do you mean "use it excessively"? Yes, it is a computer. Just use it. It won't like break down if you use it too much.

Many review sites use "total system consumption" because it is WAY easier to measure accurately then just the GPU. This is very common with reviews and trips people up ALL the time. Easy mistake. They should state it more clearly.

Yeah, especially since the graph SAYS 970 power consumption :p

I would not really consider any wireless connection "good" for gaming or downloads. It will work fine and let you game and download stuff perfectly acceptably. Will it be as fast and reliable as a wired connection? No certainly not.
