First off thanks for reading and helping.

My OS (Win7) DOES loads and everything works and runs fine. Temps are great!
BUT when I try and access my BIOS when the PC is starting it flashes a cursor and goes black.

I have not updated the bios since the last revison (F2) descripes it as "Update RAID ROM version" in 2013.

Its the GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 Rev.4 (Site Below)
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...

I've tried looking around the web but haven't run accross my specific problem.

Its a new system as follows:
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 Rev.4
AMD FX-8350 Black Edition @4Ghz
CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i CPU Cooler
CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB @1866
SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 290
CORSAIR 850W PSU
2 x SSDs / 2 x HDDs / 1 x BD Player

Hold the F2 button while the PC is booting.

But bios loads OK? You just want to get into it? Why?

Try a CMOS reset (Google it)

Delete key. Press and hold or press repeatedly.

Nope,
Turned off the PSU switch --> Unplugged the 24 and 8 Pin connectors --> Removed the Battery --> Pressed the Power Button multiple times --> Left it like that for approx 30min --> Reconnected everything --> Still same results :(

I've also tried hooking a PS2 Keyboard, no luck, I've pressed and held and tried tapping F2, F12(Boot Device), and Del.
Its taking the commands but nothing, for a quarter of a second a cursor pops up then complete black.

Buy a new motherboard.

Could be a bios virus.

That's supposed to have dual BIOS, if the BIOS was somehow infected the backup BIOS may not be user accessible. You may want to locate and flash the current BIOS firmware to restore primary BIOS function. This can be done via Gigabyte windows utility. If that won't work, you may need a new BIOS chip from Gigabyte if it's user replaceable and not soldered in. Otherwise, you will have to either live with it or RMA the board.

I tried the @BIOS to reset the CMOS and update. I cannot access the Q-Flash as it also goes black try to access it at start up. Its a brand new board, I have a ticket in with gigabyte and ill update when the issue is resolved.
