Out of all of them which one is better? As mentioned, that's pretty much up to you. None of these builds would disappoint you.
Since the motherboards are the main differences in these builds that matter, you might want to look at this article and make your own decision.

Only has 200GB what? I don't see a 200GB anything. If you're talking about the 240GB SSD, it's because it has an SSD and no additional storage hard drive. You can add another hard drive for storage for about 55.00. The SSD is just for the boot drive and that's because the SSD is way, way faster than a standard HDD. It is not essential however and if you already have another hard drive you would prefer to use for storage you don't need to add one. You don't need to add one anyhow, it's just for convenience and so you don't run out of storage space if you save a lot of game files and installers.

Oh.It's a stupid build.
First because the SSD has some problems,I wouldn't go for it and second because it's only 240GB of space.
I see how it's gonna be. Ok.
And as far as the EVO goes, it beats out almost every other entry level SSD in every category, including reliability, on almost every review from the last few years. As far as the read bug on those units is concerned, it hasn't been a problem on MOST units, and the patch for it will be released on the 15th if not sooner:

I like this one,
I would change the psu to this one,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650snlb...
not because you need the extra watts, but because the 650watt is haswell compatible.
I would change the ram to this one,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f317000cl9d8...
good ram,a bit faster and cheaper also.
With these would it in the end cost the same as the one he made.
Changed the case too so a 1tb hdd would fit within the budget,
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vDhqwP
and motherboard btw.

Exactly this, the different brands/names and how they look at cooling, also what they bring like customer service and warranty.Being one of the cheapest is evga a good choice with that acx cooler.
I updated my last post btw.A slightly different build so a hdd could be added to the one i linked from darkbreeze.

First could you check this list,
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-s...
You could also just rebuild the whole pc and recheck everything twice.Sometimes it makes a difference.
In the end would you come to swapping parts if these steps wouldn't help.

One thing says that the usb 3.0 header on the motherboard is a bit redundant because of the lack of 3.0 ports on the front of the case. Not an issue in my book, but maybe you want usb 3.0 ports on a case,in that case do you need a different case.^_^
The other says that that 1.65 volts are to high for the recommended specs for the cpu,but you will be fine with that.
You might want to consider these for a psu, being "gold" rated makes them more efficient on particular low loads which i prefer.Good solid units and still within budget.
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/rosewill-power-su...
550watts is really enough.
when you start to look you see more and more.
The xfx is still a good choice btw. These are imo just a bit better by now.

Am I good to go?
I'm new to building and I've been asking this question for a long time and no one answers xD
Does the pc have USB/Ethernet/HDMI connections??
does it come with ALL of the cables to turn it on and stuff?
And will i be able to use it excessively?

Looks good to me too.Only that hideous color of that cooler bugs me,but that's me.I like things to match color with a window and that blue/white with that black/red of the motherboard imo just doesn't match. There's a red/white one for $5 more,at least is that a little better, well imo of course.
Also tried to find a nice (semi) modular psu that's good, can only come up with this one,but it's already $20 more,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-caps...
or this one,but can't figure out why it's in tier 3,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-power-supply-p...
i thought that their toughpower series were good.It also has a combo deal with the dvd player you chose.I would take my chance with this one,but again that's me.
There's also this one,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg620m
but an older design and almost as expensive as the first option. In tier 2A none the less.
Ah,just saw this thermaltake toughpower, with 650watts it's higher in that tier list,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-power-supply-p...
Then again, for a few dollarsmore is there this one that even keeps the option for sli open,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-power-supply-p...
You're already over budget so maybe you have the funds for it.Is with promo code and ends on 10/9,so a few days left.
Just some extra options to think about.

Is it better??
Anything to change?
Also is the EVGA ACX 2.0 a cooler or a CPU?

I liked this one better,
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZhJVLk
i just tried to spruce it up with that/a modular psu.The NH-D14 is imo a better choice in this build though.I would rather see that through my window than that hideous blue phantek, but again that's my personal opinion.
With that "2.0" version of that gpu does Luka mean this one,

I like it better because imo it's more balanced,
the ram in that last one is overkill imo,for gaming do you really need only 8gb's,
the case a shabby example when compared to that phantek case.
You spend a lot on that 16gb of ram and need to buy such a .... case to keep an eye on your budget and you still way over, not talking about the added peripherals.
Looked a bit and this is already less expensive with still a nice case and 16gb's of ram,

You might also like this case,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/enermax-case-eca3280abr
just look for youself a bit and choose a decent one.
I wanted to put in this cooler, but it has a green fan
,http://pcpartpicker.com/part/deepcool-cpu-cooler-lucife...
read some reviews about it,also about the case(s) you like.
Another good cooler for the price,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/raijintek-cpu-cooler-0p105...
with that red fan maybe more likable.
Changed the wifi adapter too,i have this one and like it,but if you want your choice is that fine with me.The one i chose has a blinking green led so in sight might that be annoying.

Aight thanks
also why motherboard change? Is the one you chose better? Sorry i ask im just new to pc parts not bein sarcastic or anything
No need to apologize for asking questions.
I chose this one for the price/performance,it's cheaper and on a day to day base is it a good choice and will also give about as good overclocking options as the msi board.

Also is everything i need there or will i need like a different cable or adapter or something??
Yes,the motherboard i chose comes with 4 sata cables and the rest comes with the psu.

Should i the graphics card? The one i have has more ghz hehe but not really know what it meansThe one i chose is cheaper and you most probably will be able to overclock it to that 1.14 ghz that the msi 970 works on.Such a minor difference in clocks only yields maybe one or two fps anyway. It's imo more marketing than something else.
If you want that msi motherboard and gpu is that up to you,it's going to be your pc and it's your money. They are however more expensive and i tried within reason and wishes to keep an eye on your budget which you are already over by quite a margin.

You didn't mention the rendering in your o.p.You're way over your initial budget with this.
Why that gpu? What was the reason? I'm not saying that it isn't better, but just that it is expensive and that the gtx 970 should be good enough and better considering your budget looking at price/performance.
Other questions, seeing you're not wanting or going to overclock,do you eventually want to go for sli? Is two gpu's in the system working together for better performance.
If not going for sli an alternative for that build,
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jZXkbv
again kept an eye on your budget here. You can run it by that mod if you want to.Maybe he/she can join us here for a reaction?
You could go for this ssd and shave $20 of the totall,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/crucial-internal-hard-driv... get you under $1300

Would you mind not having an igp? This is the integrated gpu in the processor.
An alternative build again,
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jWKXhM
with a xeon (=no igp) in it and a sli capable motherboard.Again can you run this by that mod of course.
With the more expensive motherboard still cheaper=$1270.53
Most games btw do support sli and the ones that don't are most of the times old(er) and will one gtx 970 be enough. Those games would just run on one card.
Sometimes with new games are the drivers still a bit buggy when it comes to sli,but "they" fix those problems as soon as possible.

Is everything i need included or do i need extra cables?

Do you really need that second gpu right now?
What kind of screen are you using? If it is 1080p@60hrz is there imo no need for it right now.
In your o.p. you state this,
now there's no limit?
It looks good, but with an unlimited budget could you do better.Like case or psu for instance.Maybe an even better cooler or even keeping the overclock option open.
Where's the mod? Let him talk some sense into you.
Show me the mod!
