I can go up to 60-80$ (if necessary) and I have no preferences really for the brand.

This is probably the best micro-ATX AM3+ board out there, but I don't know how much you're looking to spend.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $79.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

But it has a really low max RAM capability.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($44.99 @ Micro Center)

But it's not the best board around. It is one of only two AM3+ micro-ATX boards readily available that support 32GB of RAM though. Not sure what the monitor has to do with it though.

I saw the first M-board only supported a 21 inch screen. That's why I said mine is 24 inches. By the way thanks for all the help xD

I don't see anything about a max screen size in the specs. In fact, I've never heard of that. Even my old ass tired Compaq backup laptop will display on my 53" TV @ 1080p. Here's what that first motherboard does say and these others are probably quite similar.

Integrated ATI Radeonâ„¢ HD 3000 GPU
VGA output support : RGB port
- Supports RGB with max. resolution 2048 x 1536 @ 75 Hz
Maximum shared memory of 1024 MB
Hybrid CrossFireXâ„¢ Support
Supports DirectX 10.1

The M5A78L-M LX only supports up to 4GB modules.

However the M5A78L-M-USB3 supports 8GB modules and a total of 32GB.
