So I formatted my computer to windows 8 and I installed my other graphic driver Intell(R) HD graphics... Then I installed my other graphic card which is AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5470 ( It wasn't named like this under the display adapters in my device manager...It was just "Microsoft Display Adapter") however after I installed it just 3-5 seconds went and the computer turned off...then re-started then I typed my password and went in again after 3-10 seconds it re-started...It kept on doing this until I un-installed the driver :/ ....
I really want my graphic driver to Work DDDDDDDDDDDD: HALP MEEE

My System specs are:
Processer:Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M370 @2.40 GHz 2.40 GHz
Installed memory:4.00 GB
System type : 64 bit
VGA(what I am currently using):Intel(R) HD graphics..
VGA(I want to use and crashes):AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5470

I don't know much about my laptop...that's all I know D; and also my computer over-heats for some reason...and I thought it was because of my Display adapters so I am trying my level best to install my VGA...
I have no other problems Please Help me D; I really need some help

Download the drivers from HP website..

Amd created the Gpu but HP soldered it to their Mobo, you will need specific drivers.

Also, check if the laptop is compatible with your new OS. They provide updates that will help the laptop run better.
