Hey guys

I am currently building a new PC and about to buy the parts (Exciting) but just want to make sure that these parts are good. What I want to know is will this PC be able to run next gen games etc. (I understand I may need to get a 2nd GTX 770 in the future)

http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/p/qLD2zy *Updated: Added GTX 970*

Also, if you have any suggestions on what I could change, that would be great! I have already gone over my budget by $300 so can't go any higher

Thanks :)

I forgot to mention this in the first post. I do quite a bit of video editing and Photoshop for school. THat is why I picked an i7. I was going to go for a 4770k but then I saw the 3790k was $30 cheaper. I have also switched from GTX 770 to GTX 970.

Thanks for your help :)

Then there is no point in spending extra money on a 970 - a Nvidia GTX 760, or amd Radeon 280(x) can run almost all games at ultra at 1080p

atm, I only have a 1080p monitor and and will be with it for at least 6-8 months after I build this PC. Once I get enough money again, I will purchase 2 new higher resolution monitors to replace the ones I have now
