Hi all,

Can anyone with a Z97 based Asrock board please post up the voltages shown in HWMonitor and Speccy (motherboard section). I have a rogue/unknown voltage reading and want to see if others have the same. Speccy shows it as the memory controller voltage, but I think it's too high (1.696v). My RAM is running at 1.5v as set in the bios. HWMonitor shows 1.696V as VIN1 and VIN11.

It's probably nothing major, but it's bugging me!

They're faulty readings, don't worry about it. Trust your BIOS, that is your core system feed and has the correct information. HWMonitor for me shows different reading to that of BIOS, it's not always correct. I have a Gigabyte X79 UP4 for reference.

Yeah they could be faulty readings. Only Speccy and HWMonitor pick it up and it fluctuates from 1.688v to 1.696v... I can't see this particular voltage in the bios or with any other software (Asrock A-Tuning, Speedfan, Aida64, HWinfo64). Probably nothing to worry about. Just wondered if other Asrock Z97 owners get the same thing too.

If myself as a Gigabyte owner also gets it, I am also sure others will have it too.
