I am having quite a frustrating issue with a PC I just built. Every time I download an installer, there's about a 90% chance that I will get an NSIS error. I don't even know what that is. Also, every time I try to download a steam game I just get stuck at "Creating local game cache files - Preparing files for install"
This is a terrible issue for me, any help is greatly appreciated. This is my first PC build so if anything is complicated, feel free to dumb it down a bit.

That is my build minus the hard drive and OS. I have a 500gb Seagate hard drive and windows 7.
