So I turned off my computer and unplugged everything. I opened it up and cleaned out all of the dust carefully making sure to remove static from me from touching metal. I also removed a fan that was plugged into the motherboard.

Plugged everything back in and the computer boots to the point where it asks me if I want to repair windows or try to boot the computer normally.

If I hit repair windows, it attempts to repair it and fails.

If I hit boot the computer normally than I get a blue screen that stay up for like 3 seconds and than shuts off. The blue screen is full of writing.

It says something like "windows driver framework has detected that a violation has occurred. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing."

Computer Specs:

GTX 660 ti
8 GB Ram
ASUS P8Z77-VLX motherboard
I5-3570K
CX500 Corsair PSU
60GB SSD
120GB SSD
1TB hard drive

I have no idea what is up. I have cleaned my computer before and removed fans and this has never happened before.

Does any know anything that could help me? I would really appreciate it!

Make sure everything is seated/plugged in firmly, especially your sata connectors and RAM. Reset cmos using the jumper (google if you don't know)

Make sure your boot drive is connected to the same sata port as before.

Power up your computer and mash the Delete button until you reach the BIOS. Find the option to reset all BIOS settings, save and reboot.

If this doesn't solve anything you probably damaged something while cleaning your PC.

So I've done all of this and still nothing. Is there a way to find out which component I have possibly damaged?

I'm sorry to hear this,
What cables did you touch other than your fan, think of possible areas inside your pc you might have dislodged or bumped when cleaning it?
Double check your cables and reboot if you haven't already.
I'm not completely sure whats going on here but I'll leave a link

make sure the connections are firmly in on your computer, especially the hard drive(s). Also the comment above, just make sure everything is plugged in. Maybe disconnect everything then reconnect again.

Pretty sure the fan didn't cause the problem, it sounds like a boot device problem. Triple check your SATA connections, as everyone before said and make sure your HDD/SSD isn't damaged in any way

If nothing works take your motherboard out of the case and assemble everything on a workbench with minimal components. Do this on wood or cardboard, BE VERY CAREFUL AND WATCH OUT FOR STATIC
