I've had my computer not even a year now, then a few weeks ago I turned it on then went to go get something and when I got back their was no display, I was using VGA so i tried HDMI and DVI on different monitors, still nothing, all the fans and lights are on, just nothing comes up, I had inbuilt graphics so I tried installing a few different graphics cards in it, still nothing, so my conclusion is that it's the CPU, any other suggestions?

Sometimes when in the dark, you have to start somewhere. I see the motherboard does not have LEDs to provide POST status.

For my older mobos that didn't do that, I had a gadget like this that plugged into a PCI/PCIe slot and would display POSTS status. That way you can see if the motherboard successfully complete POST.

Also you can get a gadget that tests the voltages (not the loads) on the various PSU connectors. That at least reassures you that all the power is delivered to the motherboard.

Start there to narrow down your range of diagnostic options.
