You'll need to replace the fan. One option is to just measure the fan and locate something similar online that looks like it will bolt up (has the same connector and mounting points). You could go aftermarket, but IMO, that's a terrible idea, because it's already only like a $30 card. If it were me, I would throw it out and get a newer graphics card, but obviously you must be on a budget, which is why I think it's easiest to just measure the fan diagonally and locate a replacement. Look on MPJA. They have tons of fans for dirt cheap.

but i have to start the fan with my hands XD then only it starts rotating XD but idk abt its RPM

but i have to use my hands to make it start means i have to start the fan manually by giving him a push xD then only it starts rotating what should i do?
