Hi. Im relatively a N00b for over clocking. I went into my bios and changed the multiplier only. When ive gone to save and continue my computer didn't boot. Now when ive tired to turn it back on it powers up but no mother board beeps and nothing loads. Could I have fried my processor doing this? Im not sure if I could as I didn't touch any voltage settings. I can't go into the bios to reset either. Ive tried taking everything out of the motherboard including power battery. Processor etc and still no luck. Im now stumped and hoping that I can fix this. Any replies appreciated

Reset cmos.

Doing so will reset your BIOS settings to default.

You can either use the jumper method (may have 2 or 3 pins and located somewhere else) or removing the circular battery for ~1min

Surely you can find a jumper from some other part of the board. If not, just use any conductive piece of metal to connect the 2 pins for a moment. For it to work the battery has to be in.

If that still dont work, it means either your BIOS or processor is screwed.
