hey so im moving from amd to a intel/nvidia build. i currently have £500 to spend and have come up with these parts....http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/ppycyc
im planning on changing the processor and graphics card in a few months, is this a good option to go with the i3 and hopefully upgrade to a i5/i7 at a later date and im hoping to get a gtx770/gtx780 possibly in the new year so should this gtx660 play all the modern games, mainly need it up and running for the release of the new borderlands.

any ideas/help/part changes would be great....thanks in advance

Well, it looks like the board supports most of the i5, i7 and Xeon Cpus so you can definitely upgrade later.

The GTX 660 is a fairly decent ddr5 card so you should be able to play most titles on a decent setting. The i3 however is a poor choice for pairing with this card and will likely be holding it back. I'd highly recommend going with an i5 now, rather than later. All the i3's are dual core and it's highly recommended to use that and higher tiered cards with at least a 4 core cpu unless you've got crazy high clock speeds like with an overclocked G3258 dual core.

For £51 more you could go with an i5 model, even if you had to wait a bit longer, it would by far be a better solution. All that said, it would still work with the i3, but...
