My DVD/CD Rom not reading this kind of dvd,Please Read!

hey,

My laptop can almost read all dvds/cds but not this kind of DVD,i have two DVDs that doesn't work,I've tried two laptops and it didn't worked but before that DVD used to work on my old laptop for some reason but that laptop is now broken.My driver: tsstcorp cddvdw sn-208ab.Please help me guys!

Hello... what type of DVD is it? Size? DS SS? RW... etc...
What type of files are on it to read it? Do you need a different Player version on this computer Now?
There is either a compatability problem with,
1) the Hardware.
2) the Software player.
3) the Disc needs cleaning or has gone Bad.
Not all DVD players have the same Firmware installed to Play ALL types of DVD's... and there are Firmware updates available for them from the Manuf Websites.
