Hello, I'm using a GIGABYTE motherboard version: GA-P55-UD4 http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3161#ov
I found out today I'm running version F2, latest version is F9. Found here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3161#bios
I downloaded the latest version and extract it. I run FLASHSPI and I get an error.
I have tried running it in compatibility mode, such as vista and xp but neither of them work.
I'm not sure why it's not compatible as my motherboard is compatible with W7. This is the only version of the download I can find and I'm downloading directly from the GIGABYTE support site so I'm a little unsure what I should do? I plan on upgrading my PC soon but I want to keep the current motherboard so I'd like to upgrade my BIOS incase of any hardware issues.
I am running:
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel i5 750
4GB RAM
