Hi, i'm building a PC, I want to buy this memory:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/HyperX-Series-1866MHz-Memory-Mo...

And this motherboard:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-Z97MX-Gaming-LGA1150-e...

However i went on the supported memory on gigabytes website and i don't think the memory was on there? Does that mean for sure it won't work? Or is it likely it will work..? I can always return it if it isnt compatible.

Thanks

In this case you should be fine,, it was smart to check though, the Fury's operate under PnP rather than the norm where stick use XMP, many older mobos don't support DRAM under PnP - the old adage that if it takes DDR3 you can use any DDR3 no longer applies, many with older mobos have also been caught up in the move to higher density memory chips being used which aren't compatible with older chipsets
