Yeah, go with the 4gb and the 1080p monitor. Ram is always easily up-gradable if you feel the need of the extra 4gb. Those CPU's are very similar aswell, however performance between those would be so small it wouldn't be noticeable. The GPU's 4gb of ram makes up for the CPU power anyway.Just a question, how do you know if you can mod the laptop and add more ram?
