How do you have 8gb VRAM?

Anyways, if you want to go 1440p, go with a Korean 120Hz. The ROG Swift is grossly overpriced

I have the ROG Swift and it's phenomenal...I say do that. G-Sync is awesome and the colors IMO are just about as good as an IPS panel.

The Korean monitors are PLS, 120Hz, and $300. OP has AMD cards so the ROG Swift is pretty much useless for him, unless he likes spending $500 for a ROG logo

I suggest one of these options:

1. Do nothing
2. Wait for a 1440p Freesync monitor
3. Sell both 280X for a 970 or 980, and then buying that RoG Swift

i am on a path to buy 3x benq xl2420t/z monitors or swift
now the point is that is surround gaming that good or not???
dont know that 6gb vram from 2 cards would be enough and my cards have that much power to run 5760x1080 resolution on minimum high settings

if i buy swift then i will purchase 2x gtx 970 in 1 year

You have 3gb VRAM, not 6gb. VRAM does not double when you SLI. Either way, 3gb is ok for 5760x1080 or 1440p. If you want to go 1440p, go with a Korean 120Hz PLS for $300 instead of the overpriced ROG Swift that won't let you use Gsync

You're not going to get close to 120+Hz across 3 monitors, so don't get triple Benq monitors.

Especially when those monitors don't have a thin bezel to make surround that enjoyable.

In general surround gaming is more of a way to flaunt your wealth and ego rather than being a practical solution.

I'd rather get the Swift instead, although its a pity to not be able to use Gsync.

Those overclocked Korean monitors are also a good alternative. And having two 280X does NOT double the vram you have.

Oh my bad didn't even notice the AMD cards...yeah if you're using AMD don't bother with the Swift
