Computer Constantly Crashing...

Hey, the other day I opened a thread looking for some help regarding my computer issues. Copying and pasting the issue from the previous thread.

"My desktop will randomly shut down for no obvious reason at all, at any given time. Whether I'm browsing the web, gaming, or just have a word processor open it'll shut down every now and then. When it "shuts down", it turns off immediately, no shut down screen, no BSOD, nothing -- just instantly off. My computer does not boot up instantly afterwards, it just stays off until I turn it back on. I've checked the my power supply, everything is fine with it, and my temperatures are always perfectly fine. Can't seem to find an issue, and am hopefully looking for some suggestions or possible known reasons as to why this is happening.

Ports used:
1 HDMI - monitor
1 VGA - other monitor
2 USB - mouse & keyboard
1 Ethernet port

Specs just in case they're necessary:
MOBO: MSI MS-7641
Processor: AMD FX-4100
Ram: 8GB
GFX: AMD Radeon HD 7750"

We came to the solution that the possible problem was the PSU (had an Xtremegear XG-H700), so I decided to go buy a new PSU. I replaced it with the Corsair CS750M (750W), but still the problem persists. Anyone have any possible fixes?

-not a virus, scan every night with Norton 360
-not the outlet, nothing else turns off unexpectedly when plugged in

Thanks!

It seems that the most recent shut down was an event ID: 41 error. I don't understand how this could be a PSU issue though as I replaced the PSU yesterday for a far better one, and everything is completely plugged in and such.

I may have found a solution. It seems another person was having a similar issue, but he had two audio drivers both running. After disabling one, the problem had disappeared. I had two audio drivers running, so hopefully by disabling one the problem disappears. Will post back if this makes a difference!

Problem persists, unfortunately.
