For a system using a single Sapphire TOXIC R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 graphics card a minimum of a 750 Watt or greater system power supply is recommended. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 45 Amps or greater and have at least two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. (Minimum system power requirement based on a PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2GHz 130 Watt TDP processor.)

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

What is the exact model number of your Cooler Master 600 Watt PSU?

Examples:

A Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 600W (RS-600-80GA-D3) is sufficient.

A Cooler Master Silent Pro M 600W (RS-600-AMBA-D3) is not sufficient.

Cooler Master Thunder 600W (RS-600-ACAB-D3)
• OEM: Enhance Electronics
• maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 47 Amps
two (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors
• Modular Output Cables: No
• Official Intel Haswell Compliance: No
• No 80 PLUS Efficiency Certification
• 3 Year Limited Warranty

I wouldn't recommend any overclocking of the CPU and GPU, with that PSU, though.
