AMD FX-8320E vs FX-8320, Any Difference In Gaming Performance?

I was leaning towards to fx-8320e, since it has only 95w, but the base clock is lower than the fx-8320, would there be any difference while playing games?

Enough to justify buying the 8320? (I cant really overclock due to cooling)
