I had an Amd 7750 Black edition Athlon x2 And a GAMA74GM-s2 Motherboard and A 9400 Gt Graphic Card After Buying my New stuff i sold my 2 X 2 ddr2 Kingston Ram For this 4Gb Ram
In Bf4 I Get Very Low Fps with My new build and i cant tell why !
1 More thing > i think something is wrong with my voltages !
Thanks In Advance ! <3

You don't mention anything about the brand or model of your power supply. I'd think considering you problem relates to voltage, this would be a main source of concern. What is the brand and model of your PSU? And there is an obvious problem considering you're showing 12.928 on the -5V. Possibly not, but it seems wrong.

I'm using an unbranded power supply a really cheap one it killed mt 500GB Portable hard before i will change it but
i don't know what to change first
1. i add another 4Gb ram
2. Cooler Master Elite V2 500W PSU Or EVGA 430W 80 Plus PSU (100-W1-0430-KR)
