Installed new Cannon printer on old Hp Pavillion 7480 desktop using wirelrss. Turned on today, got message.....'windows could not start ..file missing...windows root..sysyem 32..\hal.dll. rr-install copy.' My computer came with it,no disk.I have no recovery console. PLEase help. struggling artist!!! Thank you.

Go through the recovery options and get cmd open. Once there type in "sfc /scannow"
