So this is the two builds I have configured but I'm not sure which is best

i5 http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/XsD8xr

or

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/d4zMyc

I am on a strict budget over no more than £815

I want a pc for gaming at 1080p on ultra settings ( games like bf3/4, minecraft, dayz and call of duty)
I will possible start to stream and record

If anyone has any suggestions on what to tweak for the build feel free to comment but I want to know what CPU and GPU to go for whilst keeping within my budget

More about : 4770k gtx 770 2gb 4670k gtx 970 4gb

The 970 build will be better than the 770 build for sure as the GPU is better.

Ummm... The msi 970 should not cost that much. It costs $350 USD which is a lot less than 275 pounds

In the uk parts are a lot more than in the US, new egg in the US is SOOOOOOOO CHEAP! and I think it's because of the shipping it costs more here.

You guys in the US are lucky!

I live in Canada, and parts are SO expensive here that I'm willing to wait a few months for Black Friday and to go to the US to get parts...

Because of the VAT which adds 20% to the actual value of the product. Building here in Europe, I paid an extra $300 thanks to these regulations. :(

That build is pretty good, but I'd suggest a 750 watt PSU if you will run SLI (which I highly recommend doing so).
