I built a gaming PC about 2 months ago and up until 2 weeks ago, I have had zero issues. Recently however, It has been crashing. When this happens, The screen will freeze at whatever I am doing and I am unable to do anything except reset my computer and wait for it to happen again.
Things I've tried:
Updating My Motherboard and Graphics card
Checking CPU Temps (30*C)
Using a different web browser
My Specs:
ASRock z97 Extreme 4 motherboard
Intel i7 4790k CPU
Radeon Sapphire r9 270x 4GB GPU
8 GB G-Skill DDR3 RAM
LEPA 800 WATT PSU
1 TB Seagate Storage
120 GB PNY SSD ( Mostly for OS)
I also have 5 case fans if that matters including a cooler master CPU cooler.
It has crashed while browsing the web, starting steam, starting games, sitting on the dashboard, and basically everything else. Today I have had to reset it around 15 times which is the most I ever had too. I have not done anything demanding on it today either.
