Is all of this compatible and good for a high end gaming pc?

The main question I have is that if the motherboard, cooler, and case are good for overclocking the processor and if the the cooler comes with thermal paste. Thanks!

Compatibility Notes

BitFenix Comrade ATX Mid Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the MSI 760GM-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers.
Unable to verify the BitFenix Comrade ATX Mid Tower Case and the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler are compatible.
