If I buy a game from BestBuy will the key go to steam?

I'm going to buy it from BestBuy because I have a gift card. Any ideas?

Usually when buying a game from a store you get the code to use on Steam (if the game is available there), so yes, it goes to steam. If you're asking whether or not you can keep the game in your inventory after putting in the code, the answer is also yes, just pick the solution to do so when so prompted.

Just buy a Steam prepaid card from GameStop or Best Buy and enter the code in your account then buy games, items or DLC with it.
