The cost is not important I will spend as much as it requires to get the top performance. I am building these for a business and everything they will do is over the internet, the faster they can get and display the information the better the business runs.

Did you mean "ISP"? If so, I understand, I'm wondering from a hardware side what components I can put into play to make it so my internet speed isn't slowed down at all by the workings of the computer.

Yeah I meant ISP, little typo :p. I believe chrome is a multi-core application. If it's 1-4 cores, go for a powerful intel cpu like a i5 4960k, but if it can use up to 8 cores go with an fx 8320, 8350 or an 9590 anything along those lines. An ssd for faster initial launching of the application and 2400 mhz ram to go with it.

Thanks for the answer, I'd also appreciate an explanation of why those components are the ones I should choose, if you have the time. I admit I am ignorant when it comes to this and I am trying to build a bit of an understanding of what logically increases internet performance (other than ISP's)

Thanks! Any recommendations for the other pieces? (Mother board, what sizes of ssd's/RAM, and anything else I should put into it?)

Some of the sites for the business run on chrome fine, but others require Internet Explorer, and others are optimized for Firefox, so there is a chance I will have then running multiple browsers at once. I don't know if it matters, but I will be using 24-27 inch monitors (only 1 per computer) I will most likely be building a minimum of 4 and maybe up to 7 identical computers so also any pointers on buying tips for value is appreciated (just because I want the best doesn't mean I want to OVER pay for them.

Core i5 have fast cores . ssd are usually at least 2x faster than hdd . i hate when my hdd is lagging , just to load a single site . Moreover , 8GB RAM and more speeds the process by cutting the need of virtual memory . Of course , the Internet speed is of great importance . Cables are better . i use 100Mb LAN .
