How to convert an exFAT to FAT32

Hey There
I was trying to convert my normal pendrive to a bootable pendrive through PowerISO . But it has turned to a 951GB exFAT Standard Disk Drive
Please help me to convert my pendrive back to 8GB FAT32

you want to create a bootable pendrive don't use poweriso. use rufus http://rufus.akeo.ie/. and about converting it back try reformating it to fat32.

i tried to reformat but it is formating in the exFAT format.
is there any other solution to covert pen drive in to FAT32 File system

goto disk management in windows then delete the partition, create a new one then format it as fat32/
