I usually have an iPhone and iPad Mini retina nearby, I'm not sure if they're the problem though because I used to use the same mouse dongle and mouse with my laptop, which was always next to my iPhone also. I'll try it out again and let you know if it helps though, it can be a possibility.

This wasn't the problem. Tried it with my phone nearby, off, and off in another room and it's still the same. Are there any other suggestions you may have? Or anyone?

I've tried the CPU at stock settings and reset the bios but the keyboard (attached to the same dongle as my mouse) started freezing up instead of my mouse. Does anyone know anything about this?
